As vice president of strategy at Convene Lab, Patrick Landers guides organizations through high-impact planning, innovation, and change initiatives. He brings more than 15 years of cross-sector experience to the role, including work with Fortune 100 companies, national nonprofits, universities, and public agencies.

A former attorney and Harvard Business School graduate, Patrick specializes in large-scale strategy design, enterprise innovation, and aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes. He is a trained facilitator known for leading inclusive, collaborative processes that bring diverse voices into alignment around shared goals. He has also launched enterprise-wide innovation initiatives such as corporate venture funds, global innovation challenges, and entrepreneurs-in-residence programs that have engaged Fortune 500 partners.

His work is grounded in a systems-thinking approach that helps organizations surface opportunities, collaborate across stakeholders, and build sustainable pathways to execution. His prior roles include strategic advisory work in venture development, technology partnerships, and market-entry strategy for national and international firms.
