Meet Cheryle.

For more than 18 years, Cheryle has provided services in organizational development, strategic thinking, coaching, change management and team dynamics to Fortune 500 companies, government and not-for-profit organizations. Cheryle partners with clients to elevate results in pre-determined metrics that range from retention and engagement to sales volume, profit margin and cost reduction.
Cheryle’s most recent consulting experience includes conducting stakeholder analyses; leading change management initiatives; and designing, developing and deploying comprehensive toolkits for the Patient Experience team at Hospital Corporations of America (HCA).
Prior to founding Performance Consulting, Cheryle was an organizational development consultant and training specialist at Fortis, a $22.3 billion dollar international Insurance and banking company. She facilitated strategic planning sessions and conducted needs assessments with senior management teams, field sales forces and home office employees in order to deliver customized, highly-tailored learning experiences. Cheryle also conceptualized, designed, developed, and deployed a corporate university for Fortis’ national sales organization.
Cheryle’s many clients have included Hospital Corporation of America, AutoTrader, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Cisco Systems, The Coca-Cola Company, Eastman Chemical, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Air Marshals and United Way of America.
Cheryle is a member of Southeastern Association of Facilitators who selected her for the prestigious Facilitation Impact Award two years in a row, reflecting measurable business results and positive organizational impact as a result of her engagements with two organizations: AutoTrader and Bobby Dodd Institute. The award also recognizes facilitation leadership, demonstrated excellence, and commitment to accelerating results through facilitation.
